Oversee Producers across multiple complex projects across a wide range of delivery techniques
Oversee all budgets within your team, focusing on delivering healthy margins and managing scope
Ensure that you are guiding your team to develop meaningful client relationships, including through
Negotiate contracts independently and balance risk appropriately for the business
Solve problems before they arise; identify potential risks to the business/projects and take
Serve as the final check/gatekeeper for all deliverables, including writing and editing

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of account management experience
Proven success launching large scale campaigns or experiential projects
Interest in all aspects of the production cycle
Field awareness: able to absorb many variables and be decisive about next steps
Strategic mindset; thinks outside the box
Independent; able to work with little supervision
