Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own the design of new 0-1 products from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and execution.
• Translate client and stakeholder needs into usable product experiences.
• Balance user needs, data, AI/ML, feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
• Present design decisions using product thinking and data.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing digital products in B2B enterprise software or regulated spaces.
• Strong systems thinking; design for scale.
• Deep expertise in UX research, interaction and visual design.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing data-driven and/or ML products; fluent in AI systems.
