• Proven track record of designing high-quality web experiences, with a portfolio demonstrating
• Comfortable using data to inform design decisions, partnering with Data Scientists or Analysts to
• Ability to connect excellent customer experiences with measurable outcomes and understand how
• Comfortable forming hypotheses, experimenting with different approaches, and adapting thinking
• Balance speed and experimentation with a high bar for craft, knowing when to prototype quickly and
• Excellent collaboration skills, bringing together Product, Engineering, Data, Research and other
