Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for a two-sided marketplace.
• Shape design strategy balancing creator visibility and consumer trust.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences (personalization, recommendations, trust signals).
• Connect product systems across community, creator content, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools to test ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with shipped multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience from exploration to launch.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery: search, ranking, recommendations, trust.
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or similar).
