• Design the core platform primitives developers need, including projects, environments, secrets, and
• Shape the Developer Platform product direction from discovery through delivery, iteration, and
• Translate developer insights, customer needs, and market signals into clear product priorities and
• Identify and resolve technical or product decisions that could undermine a unified and intuitive
• Provide clarity on complex problems and establish the context needed for engineers to make
• Lead a small engineering team by setting direction, developing people, providing clear feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning the full product discovery, delivery, and iteration lifecycle at meaningful
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into clear priorities
• Strong technical depth and the ability to challenge solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and make
• Comfortable working with data, including defining metrics, interpreting funnels and retention
• Strong business and market awareness, including understanding ICP, pricing, competitive dynamics
• High standards for software quality, reliability, performance, security, and customer trust.
