• Experience owning the full product discovery, delivery, and iteration lifecycle at meaningful
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into clear priorities
• Strong technical depth and the ability to challenge solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and make
• Comfortable working with data, including defining meaningful metrics, interpreting funnels and
• Strong business and market awareness, including understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
• High standards for software quality, reliability, performance, and security.
