📋 Description

• Reporting into the Head of Product Operations and be able to represent the team as we grow
• Leading a team of Product Managers and support recruitment
• Helping embed and support career progression pathways using our development framework for personal
• Providing support to the team through mentorship and coaching
• Acting as an escalation point for the team, helping to remove internal and external blockers as
• Supporting resourcing of Product Managers on projects

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about Product Management as a discipline and keen to keep up to date on emerging trends
• Recent relevant experience of leading product focused engagements
• Knowledge and experience of Product Management frameworks and approaches for continuous discovery
• Have experience of product research and collecting evidence to support value propositions
• Experience working within a digital transformation and AI consultancy, delivering technology
• Practical experience applying AI to products, services or delivery, with a good understanding of
