Lead Product Manager - Enterprise

📋 Description

• Own enterprise product strategy and roadmap for Speak for Business.
• Lead L&D manager, buyer, admin, and reporting workflows.
• Design launch, run, prove, and expand loops for enterprise customers.
• Build product surfaces that reduce manual CS/GTM work and show value.
• Drive customer discovery across L&D, learners, sales, CS, design, data, and eng.
• Define the product scorecard for enterprise readiness: activation, completion, renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product experience, plus Product Lead.
• Strong B2B, enterprise SaaS, admin/reporting, or dual-motion experience.
• Evidence of building product systems from messy customer demand.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Comfort working with revenue-facing teams while keeping product judgment independent.
• High agency without formal authority or direct reports on day one.
