🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management focused on growth, acquisition, or product marketing.
• Healthcare startup experience.
• Data-driven with Google Analytics, PostHog, or HubSpot.
• Experience with web tech, CMS, and growth automation tools.
• Strong understanding of funnels, user acquisition, and retention.
• Hands-on, collaborative, fast-moving execution mindset.
