Lead Product Manager, Reporting and Platform

📋 Description

• Own Platform capabilities; bridge Core, Infra, and Data Eng; define data contracts.
• Own Reporting end-to-end; leverage data, research, and market analysis.
• Spearhead ROI initiatives to show operational benefits in the product surface.
• Execute large innovations and QoL improvements to aid Fortune 5000 deals.
• Work with Sales to close large deals by articulating analytics value.
• Evolve reporting to broader enterprise audience incl ops, finance, EHS.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, platform/infra, Enterprise.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products.
• Navi­gate cross-team data dependencies; define upstream requirements.
• Partner with Sales to close upmarket deals; translate capabilities for senior buyers.
• Expand product audience to senior stakeholders (ops, finance, EHS).
• Strong English, both spoken and written; lead engineers and execs.
