📋 Description

• Own the Self-Service domain end-to-end — outcomes and roadmap.
• Run rigorous experimentation to boost retention and cost to serve.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Support, Housing.
• Inform Flex's broader member support strategy, incl. AI.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, specs, and iteration.
• Represent Self-Service to CEO, COO, VP of CS, and GM of Housing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of consumer product management at senior/lead IC.
• Strong growth instincts — funnels, activation, retention.
• Deep customer empathy shaping product direction.
• End-to-end ownership — vision, strategy, roadmaps, outcomes.
• Decisive, able to drive to a call and influence across teams.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate discovery and research.
