🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management; proven ideation to launch track record.
• Experience with retail-focused products.
• Collaboration with design, usability testing, and user analytics.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-project management.
• Teamwork-oriented; willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of crypto/blockchain and FinTech or trading platforms (preferred).
• Experience in regulated industries or fast-paced startup environments (preferred).
