• 6-10 years in product operations, business operations, or program management
• Demonstrates success in supporting a large complex cross-functional group in a Product Operations
• Strong proficiency to conduct root-cause analysis across a wide variety of problems, use
• Proven ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
