Lead Production Technician

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of production technicians
• Oversee assembly, advanced production processes, and maintenance/repair/refurbishment of drone
• Perform in-depth diagnostics and complex repairs for new and returned products
• Ensure product quality and safety standards, lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, identify process improvements
• Coordinate with supply chain for inventory management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Avionics, Electronics, Robotics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience in high tech manufacturing
• Experience in FOD/ESD-sensitive environments
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical systems
• Proficient in soldering, troubleshooting, and using test equipment
• Understanding of complex systems, engineering drawings, and schematics
