Lead Program Manager, Vendor Operations

📋 Description

• Lead a vendor-supported Ad Review program within Reddit's GTM Excellence.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, automation, and program performance.
• Own day-to-day health and long-term performance; translate data into improvements.
• Partner with vendor leadership to improve execution, governance, and goals.
• Collaborate with Ads Policy, Sales, Product, Engineering to reduce friction and improve tooling.
• Communicate risks, tradeoffs, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in operations, program or vendor management in a fast-moving tech org.
• Experience owning and scaling operational programs in vendor/ad ops or trust & safety.
• Experience working with offshore or outsourced vendor teams.
• Proven ability to drive program performance with better processes and metrics.
• Ability to set direction for an operational program, not just day-to-day work.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales/GTM, Policy, Product, Eng, and Ops.
