📋 Description

• Run the press office day-to-day in partnership with our PR agencies, proactively pitching stories
• Keep a close pulse on marketing, commerce, and the broader news cycle — know what's trending, move
• Identify and secure speaker opportunities at key events and award opportunities to amplify
• Drive thought leadership programs for our CMO and other key executives, developing compelling
• Partner with Customer Marketing to find the customers with the most compelling stories for press.
• Own our thought leadership research arm, the stake-in-the-ground research that fuels our

• Deep relationships with reporters covering marketing, retail, and commerce, and familiarity with
