📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment across multiple geographies and business
• Manage hiring requirements across AI/ML, data center infrastructure, cloud technologies, software
• Coordinate permanent, contractual, consultant, and contract-to-hire recruitment processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche, senior-level, and business-critical positions, building
• Manage candidate screening, assessments, interview scheduling, feedback collection, salary

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within IT services, AI/ML, cloud
• Proven experience managing both technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.
• Strong understanding of permanent, contractual, consultant, and contract-to-hire recruitment models.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements, stakeholders, and
