📋 Description

• Own complex analytical workstreams from problem definition through analysis, interpretation
• Transform complex workforce and business datasets into clear, actionable insights
• Develop polished narratives, visualizations, presentations, and other client-ready materials
• Validate data accuracy, analytical methodologies, assumptions, and outputs
• Review work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts and provide guidance
• Maintain thorough documentation covering methodologies, data transformations, assumptions, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a closely related field
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex analytical workstreams
• Strong background in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and quality assurance
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable analytical programming tools
• Proven ability to create client-ready visualizations and presentations
