Lead Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• Own the order to cash process, from order creation through invoicing, collections, and cash
• Own the revenue recognition process in accordance with ASC 606, including monthly journal entries
• Support and maintain technical accounting memos and schedules for revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Lead new billing and revenue system implementations, driving accounting requirements and keeping
• Create and deploy automation workflows across invoicing and collections to reduce process cycle
• Partner with Deal Desk and Product on new SKU launches and ensure systems and processes will be

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including billing, accounts receivable, and revenue
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
• Experience building and utilizing automations for process improvement
• Track record of building accounting processes and systems, with a clear vision of the end goal and
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning longer-term projects on top of day to day tasks
