๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide direct implementation of behavior-analytic services to students in one-on-one and group
  • Lead by example in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill
  • Support and mentor school-based BTs by modeling strategies, answering questions, and
  • Substitute in schools as needed to ensure continuity of services and provide high-quality support
  • Collaborate with Behavior Analysts, educators, and school teams to integrate behavioral strategies
  • Support students' growth in communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and adaptive

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience providing ABA services in school or clinical settings.
  • You can obtain assigned safety training certification within 30 days of employment.
  • You can obtain and maintain Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior
  • Must maintain reliable transportation and must be able to travel between work sites
