Lead Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and lead the overall security strategy and roadmap.
• Identify security gaps and build tools, automation, and processes.
• Integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day security operations and automate manual processes.
• Lead security incidents from detection through resolution.
• Assess and secure AI-powered systems and establish safeguards.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior security engineer or security lead experience, ideally most senior specialist.
• Hands-on expertise in application and API security in multi-tenant SaaS.
• Deep understanding of OAuth, OIDC, authentication, session management, threat modeling.
• Proven ability to identify, investigate, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in TypeScript; PHP and Python valuable.
• Experience leading security incidents end-to-end.
