📋 Description

• Deliver ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, customizations, and backlog items in line with
• Design and implement scalable custom REST API integrations with external systems while ensuring
• Apply AI-enabled development practices and leverage ServiceNow capabilities such as Now Assist and
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to design scalable
• Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve development speed, quality
• Support the full sprint lifecycle, including development, peer reviews, testing, deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 9–12 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong practical expertise in
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, REST API
• Solid understanding of ITSM module configuration, ServiceNow platform governance, and best
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams and familiarity with Jira or similar
• Familiarity with AI-enabled ServiceNow features, particularly Now Assist and Predictive
• Proven ability to guide developers, conduct effective code reviews, solve complex technical
