Lead Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop & support software and vendor integrations on systems with focus on Trading
• Lead projects & initiatives in the Front Office domain by partnering with stakeholders on
• Deepen business expertise in supported areas, related technology, data domains and vendor platforms.
• Mentor junior Software Engineers and interns.
• Collaborate with team members to set standards around architecture, DevOps & data governance.
• Participate in support escalations, triage & solving production incidents and support

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering
• At least 7 years' work experience in the Asset Management industry with focus on Front Office
• Seven (7) years of experience in Investment Management Systems (IMS): Experience with Charles River
• Seven (7) years of experience in Execution Management Systems (EMS): Proficient with Portware or
• Seven (7) years of experience in Modern Data Platforms: Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and/or
• Seven (7) years of experience in End-to-End Trading Technology Integration: Leading development and
