Lead Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the architecture and roadmap for a core product area end-to-end — from data model to UI —
• Lead the design of systems that surface insight from data at massive scale. Think real-time search
• Drive adoption of AI/ML in the product, from bug-detection pipelines to full-stack AI-powered
• Set technical direction for scaling our infrastructure cost-effectively while maintaining
• Raise the bar for the team: mentor engineers, review architecture decisions, and model strong

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a full-stack engineer, with a track record of owning both production frontend (React or
• Experience leading technical direction for a team or product area, not just executing tickets
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and excited about
• A strong hands-on collaborator with a bias to action. You lead from the front and help the team
• Deep experience with distributed systems and modern cloud architecture, and the judgment to choose
• A track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team-wide technical practices
