Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to address key business challenges.
• Support the sales team with discovery calls and product demos.
• Gather requirements to clearly define customer problems.
• Build and present demonstrations of Freshworks products.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience.
• Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Solid time management in a dynamic sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience selling SaaS to ITSM platforms or SLED/Manufacturing.
