• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team to deliver exceptional
• Empower associates to build customer relationships through personalized product recommendations.
• Drive consultative selling by encouraging open-ended questions, active listening, and product
• Guide team to enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including daily huddles and cash reconciliation.

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 6 months hands-on retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
