Lead Strategic Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee entire life cycle management of big events from contract signing to event final closing
• Act as main point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering teams to
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support regarding potential user incidences
• Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project management role or consulting background (event experience a plus)
• Fluent English and Dutch (other languages a plus)
• Degree qualified
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills
