Lead Structural Welder (Stage 0 Propellant Systems) - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Lead and offer daily support to the welding team
• Orient new team members; assist in assigning and reassigning tasks; assist in scheduling daily work
• Assist the supervisor in coaching, mentoring, and training team members
• Report status and issues to leadership and customers
• Support leadership in de-escalation of conflict, following company policies, and setting and
• Complete welding assignments and procedures for the construction and repair of all site structural

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of structural welding experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work nights: 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., Monday through Friday
• Must be able to perform physical activities: stand/sit, push/pull, overhead reach, walk, lift up to
• Must be able to work in extreme outdoor temperatures and confined spaces
