📋 Description

• Partner closely with our Chief Research Officer and Harvey Labs leadership to translate technical
• Own full-cycle recruiting across specialized AI/ML, research, and engineering roles
• Build deep talent maps across leading AI companies, research labs, startups, academia, and
• Develop creative, high-touch sourcing and engagement strategies for exceptional talent, from
• Help leaders define new profiles, calibrate talent bars, and evolve search strategies based on
• Advise leadership on talent availability, competitive dynamics, compensation, and candidate

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience recruiting for technical AI research teams or similarly specialized technical roles
• Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical domains and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Exceptional sourcer who enjoys identifying hard-to-find talent across research labs, startups
• Willing to take creative, white-glove approaches to engaging and closing exceptional talent
• Trusted advisor who can build credibility with highly technical leaders and candidates
