📋 Description

• Drive next generation Industry 4.0 Factory of the Future (FotF) initiatives for AP16 on applicable
• Lead respective node health check meetings to drive optimized scheduling, root cause analysis
• Lead production floor team member meetings to empower floor personnel with the need to drive
• Build successful strategies for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and launches on existing and/or
• Assist management with cost standard quoting process of existing and new processes and drive
• Consult and be stakeholders of appropriate Change Management and CAPAs driven from improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Five years experience in a manufacturing facility preferably in packaging.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written communications as well as organizational skills with the
