Leader - Proposals

📋 Description

• Leads proposal activities for must-win pursuits from capture planning through post tender
• Manages, develops and assembles proposal submissions including RFI's, RFQ's, RFP's, SOQ's and PQQ's.
• Manages large capture from opportunity stage to contract award.
• Authors proposal sections including cover letters, executive summaries and section introductions.
• Develops, produces and assembles marketing support materials (i.e., qualification packages, CVs
• Contributes to building a repository of proposal materials specific to regional needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with 10+ years of experience in proposal, bid, or
• Proven experience leading and mentoring proposal teams, with strong quality control, proofreading
• Prior experience within an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) organization or a
• Demonstrated success in managing proposals across sectors such as healthcare, education
• Prior experience leading large capture proposals/major pursuits is required.
• Prior experience authoring proposal sections is required.
