• Partner with subject matter experts to build training efficiently
• Own the learning strategy for NIO initiatives
• Develop and produce all training content
• Deliver and facilitate training
• Manage the LMS and learning platform presence
• Measure training effectiveness, not just completion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools
