📋 Description

• Convey knowledge of the Instructure learning platform to clients and serve as an expert for
• Coordinate client projects on key initiatives and provide best practices and guidance to achieve
• Collaborate with other services team members and actively participate in project planning and
• Use critical thinking and research to develop actionable insights and efficient solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to be organised, adaptable, and timely, operating independently while
• Listen to client needs and customise deliverables to client use cases, goals, and plans

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of pedagogical approaches, technology adoption strategies, and educational
• Ability to engage a wide variety of audiences, including academics and teachers, administrators
• Experience in teaching or training in a corporate training, K12, vocational education, or higher
• Ability to keep training sessions fresh, fun, effective, and relevant.
• Creative thinker with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
