Learning & Development Specialist – Go To Market

📋 Description

• Partner with Go-To-Market leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, understand
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to determine appropriate learning
• Curate and adapt existing internal and external content where appropriate to accelerate development
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, knowledge checks, and
• Ensure learning materials are polished, accessible, consistent, and aligned with established

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional
• 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, curriculum
• Ability to translate complex business requirements and subject matter into practical, engaging, and
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to independently manage
• Excellent written and verbal communication and consulting skills, including discovery facilitation
