📋 Description

• Conduct training needs assessments to evaluate baseline skills, identify competency gaps, and align
• Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop process maps, standard
• Measure new-hire speed to proficiency through assessments and monitor performance against KPIs
• Establish feedback loops with operations, quality assurance, and client leaders to identify and

🎯 Requirements

• Bring at least 2 years of experience in RAD or ERT environments, with exposure to learning
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, including ADDIE
• Have working knowledge of structured change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams
• Be comfortable working with learning metrics, post-training performance curves, adoption

🎁 Benefits

• The stated annual salary range is $97,000–$145,000, depending on qualifications, experience
