• Create new documentation and learning content (help articles, FAQs, tutorials, getting-started
• Manage content lifecycle (freshness reviews, launch updates, retiring stale content)
• Develop learning experiences across formats (written, video, microlearning, interactive courses
• Build and manage a content calendar prioritizing customer needs
• Ensure content findability (titles, tags, structure for search and AI assistants)
• Track engagement and outcomes (reader feedback, completion, deflection, CSAT) and adjust

🎯 Requirements

• Proven learning-content creator with portfolio across at least two formats (written required)
• Strong writer making complex topics clear and engaging
• Gifted storyteller across media (hooks, pacing, attention)
• Capable short-form video creator (on or off camera)
• Builder and experimenter open to new formats and calculated risks
• Fast product learner (technical enough to explain to newcomers)
