📋 Description

• Administer LMS: configure, maintain, safeguard data integrity.
• Manage LMS projects: installation, upgrades, deployment, operations.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to define learning requirements.
• Expand virtual classrooms, tracking, and certification processes.
• Implement learning strategies; improve effectiveness via metrics.
• Maintain LMS data, CEU records, and attendee tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in CS, instructional design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years LMS experience or related software.
• Proficiency with Captivate, Articulate, MS Office and e-learning tech.
• Strong customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project management; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Data management and data integrity skills; analytics/reporting experience.
