🎯 Requirements

Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
A commercial leasing background in office, medical or retail assets is preferred
Strong client-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent negotiation skills; understanding of industry legislation/current market trends
Confident presentation and communications skills
Proactive team player with high level of enthusiasm
