• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of related experience; additional experience may
• 5+ years of experience in database development, data extraction, or database administration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (Application Designer, Application Engine
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills, including writing complex extraction queries against
• Experience with data validation, profiling, reconciliation, and data-quality assessment.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and iterative migration approaches.
