📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, case, contact, and matter information within practice
• Organize, label, maintain, and review legal files and case documentation, while preparing basic

• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support across multiple active matters, balancing

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or in a
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and active matters simultaneously while consistently meeting
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, and collaborating
• Professional judgment and discretion when working with confidential legal and client information.

🎁 Benefits

• Monthly compensation of 1,150 to 1,220.
• Fully remote position based in Brazil.
• Monday through Friday schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
