📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, case, contact, and matter information within practice
• Organize, label, maintain, and review legal files and case documentation; prepare basic legal
• Manage calendars by adding hearings, meetings, deadlines, and case-related events; proactively
• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support across multiple active matters, balancing
• Support prospective client screening, scheduling, and follow-up activities, including approximately
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties through phone and email; follow up on

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and active matters simultaneously while consistently meeting
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, and collaborating
• Professional judgment and discretion when working with confidential legal and client information

🎁 Benefits

• Monthly compensation of 1,150 to 1,220
• Fully remote position based in Brazil
• Monday through Friday schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
