Legal Commercial Counsel, EMEA

📋 Description

• Support the EMEA region sales teams with potential of other regions
• Provide legal advice on transactional matters related to sale of Axon's public safety technology
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS solutions
• Supervise contracts managers' work
• Set and enforce risk levels acceptable to Axon through approvals and ownership of knowledge bank
• Lead, support, execute and evolve team processes to help build Legal contracting support for scale

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience (in-house preferred) negotiating and managing complex commercial
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, including those
• Knowledge of procurement laws and process in EMEA, primarily the UK and EU
• Must be located on the east coast
• Knowledge and experience negotiating framework agreements
• Ability to act with urgency on all requests
