📋 Description

• Manage complex corporate and commercial agreements with a major focus on corporate transactions
• Support the post-acquisition and integration of acquired entities or investments.
• Support legal aspects of risk management strategies with focus on corporate structuring.
• Support Geotab's global strategic initiatives, including global expansion and new market entry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and finance agreements, including partnering agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in a related field; Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma Specialization in Law with license to
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Broad corporate and M&A experience, with a particular focus on technology transactions.
• An understanding of global corporate and tax structuring considerations.
• Familiarity with common and civil law jurisdictions.
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with senior management to pursue
