📋 Description

• Manage complex corporate and commercial agreements with a major focus on corporate transactions
• Support the post-acquisition and integration of acquired entities or investments.
• Support legal aspects of risk management strategies with focus on corporate structuring.
• Support Geotab’s global strategic initiatives, including global expansion and new market entry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and finance agreements, including partnering agreements
• Support negotiations with resellers, customers, solution partners, OEMs, suppliers, governments and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in a related field; JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a US state; California, Delaware, Georgia, New York or Texas preferred.
• Member in good standing with applicable bar association.
• Broad corporate and M&A experience, with a particular focus on technology transactions.
• An understanding of global corporate and tax structuring considerations.
• Familiarity with common and civil law jurisdictions.
