📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for global client agreements and AI terms.
• Partner with Sales, Dealdesk, Partnerships, Security, and Finance to close deals.
• Draft templates, review contracts, and negotiate terms balancing risk and revenue.
• Collaborate on tenders, partnerships, and subcontractor agreements.
• Improve contract management processes and metrics; run trainings.
• Advise on product inquiries, disputes, terminations, and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• JD/LLB; licensed to practice in any province.
• 3+ years in-house SaaS/Tech contract work.
• Data privacy/GDPR and AI terms expertise.
• Pragmatic problem-solver balancing risk and business goals.
• Cross-functional collaboration; strong communication.
• Project management for multiple high-priority deals.
