📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft and review various agreements, including lease/tenancy agreements for H&M
• Conduct judicial enquiries, due diligence, and risk assessments; proactively advise on legal
• Support tendering processes and assist Sales Market Controllers/Account Managers in corporate
• Set and implement routines and ways of working for the execution, handling, and administration of
• Provide support on marketplace and partnership opportunities for online/digital projects; support

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of law firm and in-house legal experience; admitted to the Bar in the relevant
• Experience in an in-house legal function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in a
• Ability to coach and guide stakeholders, translating complex legal requirements into clear
• Comfortable with decision-making, even in ambiguous circumstances and under tight timelines; strong
• Experience with an international law firm or a multi-national corporation is highly preferred
• A self-starter who can work with minimum guidance, demonstrating a proactive, positive attitude
