📋 Description

• Handle cross-border commercial contracting and advisory work across SaaS, software licensing
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide spectrum of commercial agreements and provide business risk
• Lead AI transformation initiatives: automate legal workflows, extract risk terms, and enable
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IT to align legal tech systems with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent; LL.M. preferred; US Bar preferred (HK admissions welcome).
• 2–6 years PQE in a reputable firm, MNC, or tech/TMT company.
• Solid fundamentals in general commercial law, drafting/negotiation, and international regulatory
• Experience with generative AI tools, legal AI tech, or contract analytics software; basic IT/tech
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
