Legal Counsel (Belgium - Luxemburg)

📋 Description

• Reviewing tender documentation and legal framework
• Drafting legal analysis and recommendations for bidding
• Reviewing and drafting contractual documentation in bidding and negotiation phase
• Ensuring seamless hand-over to project execution teams and contract managers
• Liaising with project teams throughout execution and construction phases
• Following up on claims and advising on pre-litigation tactics

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law with strong academic track record
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction and/or project development
• Knowledge of project finance, public private partnerships, and public procurement
• Fluent in Dutch and English; good working knowledge of French
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
