Legal Counsel, Corporate and M&A

📋 Description

• Assist with executing transactions across the capital structure, including acquisitions and
• Lead on ancillary transaction and other corporate documentation, including NDAs and engagement
• Support the preparation of internal papers summarising proposed transactions (and risks associated
• Support the business on other corporate initiatives as required (including group reorganisations
• Help with the development of policies and processes to support the Corporate Legal function

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate law (3+ years PQE), with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent understanding of corporate governance principles
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in drafting complex legal agreements
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
