Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end negotiation for MSAs, partnerships, SOWs, SLAs, addenda, and NDAs.
• Partner with Sales, Dealdesk, Security, and Finance to move deals forward.
• Draft and refine contract terms, templates, and amendments.
• Run forensic reviews of client contracts to catch risk.
• Advise Sales on contract questions, products, disputes, and terminations.
• Support the RFP team on tender responses and major sales documents.

🎯 Requirements

• JD/LLB and UK admission to practice law.
• 3+ years in-house counsel with SaaS/tech experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription agreements, data privacy and information security terms, AI terms, and SOWs.
• Working knowledge of drafting or working with RFP responses, tender, and sales documents.
• Strong project management and ability to run multiple deals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
